1. Use of Services, Website, and Mobile App

By accessing our website or mobile application, you agree:

  • To use our services responsibly and lawfully.
  • Not to engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or interfere with our platform.
  • Not to copy, distribute, or misuse our content without prior permission.
  • To abide by the regulations applicable in your region and country.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the termination of services at our discretion.

2. Pre-Treatment Approval for Special Items

For garments with old stains, rips, or missing care labels, we will seek your approval before processing. If you decline approval, the item(s) will not be cleaned. If you approve, FerSec Clean is not responsible for any damage incurred during the process.

While we take every precaution to remove stains, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

3. Item Verification at Pickup

  • At pickup, our team counts the total number of bags and garments and obtains your confirmation before the pickup.
  • A detailed garment inspection is conducted at our facility, checking for stains, damage, or defects.
  • If any issues are found, we will notify you immediately, along with clear images for transparency.

4. Reporting Issues After Delivery

  • Customers must report any issues related to the service within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any complaints raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Issue Resolution Timeframe

  • FerSec Clean will take a minimum of 24 hours to address reported concerns.
  • Complex cases may require additional time, and we will keep you updated on the progress.

6. Delivery Commitment

  • We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to operational challenges.
  • In such cases, we will communicate delays and provide an estimated delivery window.

7. Fabric Care & Liability Disclaimer

  • All garments are handled with extreme care, but some fabrics may naturally bleed or react differently to cleaning.
  • While our experts attempt to identify sensitive fabrics, customers are advised to mention delicate items at the time of booking.
  • FerSec Clean is not responsible for color fading, shrinkage, or unforeseen fabric reactions.

8. Refund & Rewash Policy

  • Depending on the situation, FerSec Clean may offer a full/partial refund or a free rewash.
  • The final decision on refunds or service adjustments rests with FerSec Clean management.

9. Order Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule before pickup without any penalty.
  • Delivery rescheduling is allowed only if the order has not been dispatched from our facility.

10. Lost Item Policy

  • At the time of delivery, customers must count and verify their received garments.
  • Once the delivery is acknowledged, FerSec Clean is not responsible for missing items reported later.

11. Payment Terms

  • FerSec Clean processes payments securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree).
  • Customers must ensure payment details are correctly provided to avoid transaction failures.
