• Pickup Verification: At the time of pickup, our representative will count and document the items. You may be asked to sign a confirmation of the items collected.​​
• In-House Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, each item undergoes a detailed inspection for stains, damages, or special care requirements. We will notify you of any issues that may affect processing.​​

• Timely Reporting: Any concerns or issues with the processed items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.​​​

• Response Time: FerSec Clean aims to address and resolve reported issues within 24 hours. Complex cases may require additional time, and we appreciate your understanding.​

• Timeliness: We strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will communicate any such delays promptly.​

• Care Procedures: FerSec Clean handles all items with the utmost care, following industry best practices. However, we cannot be held responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in damage during the cleaning process.​​
• Colorfastness and Shrinkage: We are not liable for color bleeding, fading, or shrinkage of garments during normal laundering procedures.​

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, FerSec Clean may offer a complimentary rewash or a partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances. The decision will be made at the discretion of our management.​​​
